Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TABtouch (tabtouuch.mobi) and any account you hold with Racing and Wagering Western Australia. By registering or placing a wager you agree to them in full.
Effective date: 23 June 2026 · Version 1.0 · Operated by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603), Wagering Licence No. WA-BMK-2024-56301377.
1. Who we are
TABtouch is the wagering brand of Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603), a statutory authority established under the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003 (WA) and the holder of Wagering Licence No. WA-BMK-2024-56301377. RWWA is regulated by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia under the Betting Control Act 1954 (WA) and the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA). RWWA is not a company registered with ASIC and does not hold an ACN. All wagering contracts are formed with Racing and Wagering Western Australia in Western Australia, Australia.
Our services comprise wagering on racing (thoroughbred, harness and greyhound) by totalisator (pari-mutuel) and fixed odds, and fixed-odds wagering on sport on a pre-match basis only. We do not offer online casino games, online poker, electronic gaming machines or online in-play sports betting, which are prohibited interactive gambling services under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, hold an account in your own legal name, and be physically located in Australia in a jurisdiction where wagering with an Australian-licensed operator is lawful. We verify your identity and age under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) and the National Consumer Protection Framework before you place your first bet, and may request documents at any time. You confirm that you are not currently registered with BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register. If you are, we cannot open or operate an account for you.
3. Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@tabtouuch.mobi if you suspect unauthorised access.
3A. Customer responsibilities
You agree to: provide true, current and complete information and keep it up to date; use the account only for your own lawful, personal wagering; not allow any other person (including a minor) to use your account; check your selections and stake before confirming a bet; and comply with these Terms, our Betting Rules and applicable law. You are responsible for the security of your device and login details.
3B. Account suspension, restriction and closure
We may suspend, restrict or close an account to investigate or address suspected fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, money laundering, integrity concerns, breaches of these Terms, a legal or regulatory requirement, or signs of gambling harm. You can close your account at any time and withdraw your available balance — see Account Closure & Withdrawals. On closure we settle open bets and return your withdrawable balance to a verified account in your name.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
We accept debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (debit-linked only), PayID, BPAY and bank transfer — credit cards and any form of credit are not accepted for gambling, consistent with the federal prohibition on credit-card use for online wagering. We provide no line of credit. Funds must come from an account in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawals are paid only to a verified payment method in your own name. Once your identity is verified, withdrawals are processed promptly; your bank may take a further 1–3 business days. We do not operate as a bank and pay no interest on balances.
5. BetStop & self-exclusion
Before and during your relationship with us we check the BetStop National Self-Exclusion Register. If you are registered with BetStop you are excluded by law from holding an account or placing bets with any licensed Australian online or phone wagering provider, and we will close or suspend your account for the duration of your registration. You can register at betstop.gov.au (minimum exclusion of three months). See our Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling pages.
6. Bets & pricing
A bet is accepted only when it appears in your settled bet history with a confirmation. We may decline or limit any bet at our discretion before acceptance. Odds are expressed as decimals: your potential return is your stake multiplied by the odds (e.g. $10 at 2.50 returns $25, including your stake). Prices can change at any time until a bet is accepted. Online in-play bets on sport cannot be placed, as required by the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
7. Settlement
Markets settle on the official result of the relevant governing body. Where a result is amended after official declaration, the bet stands on the result at the time of settlement. Full market rules are in our Betting Rules.
7A. Void bets and palpable errors
A bet may be declared void and stakes returned where: the event is postponed or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours (unless a market rule states otherwise); there is a palpable error in pricing, entry or market construction; a participant is a non-runner in a racing market (rule 4 deductions may apply); or there is a manifest breach of integrity such as suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing. Once placed, an accepted bet cannot be cancelled or edited by you — please check your slip before confirming.
7B. Multis and Same Game Multi
In a standard multi (parlay), if any leg is void, the multi recalculates as if that leg was not selected. In a Same Game Multi, related contingencies may be restricted and a voided leg re-prices the whole multi. Maximum permitted legs and combinations are shown when you build the bet.
7C. Maximum payout and bet limits
Maximum payout limits may apply per customer, per day, across all markets, as published in our Betting Rules. We may also limit the stake we accept on any market. Where a bet would return more than the applicable maximum, the payout is limited to that maximum.
7D. Abandoned, postponed and interrupted events
If an event is abandoned, postponed or interrupted and is not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start (unless a specific market rule states otherwise), affected bets are void and stakes returned. Where a market has already been unconditionally determined before the interruption (for example, a result that cannot change), that market stands. Venue, date or surface changes may void affected racing or sport markets in line with the Betting Rules.
8. Responsible gambling & player protection
When you register you are asked to set a deposit limit (the question is mandatory; consistent with the NCPF). Free self-control tools are available: deposit limits, loss and time limits, reality checks, deposit breaks and self-exclusion. A decrease to a limit takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect only after the applicable waiting period. We provide regular activity statements and monitor accounts for signs of harmful play. See Responsible Gambling and the national BetStop register. Gambling Help Online — 1800 858 858 (free, confidential, 24/7), gamblinghelponline.org.au. BetStop — betstop.gov.au. Lifeline 13 11 14.
9. Bonuses, inducements and promotions
Consistent with the laws of Western Australia and the National Consumer Protection Framework, we do not offer inducements to open an account, to refer another person, or sign-up/bonus bets. Where any promotion or product feature is ever offered, its full terms — eligibility, duration, restrictions and any wagering requirements — are published on the Promotional Terms page before you participate, without advertised cash amounts or promises of winning. We may withhold, withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion, and void associated bets, where there is an error, fraud, collusion, multiple accounts or other abuse, or where required by law. Self-excluded customers and customers registered with BetStop are not eligible for any promotion.
10. Anti-money laundering & financial crime
We comply fully with the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth). We refuse service and do not accept funds that are the proceeds of crime; from persons or entities on sanctions or terrorism lists; or via “structured” deposits designed to avoid detection. We verify source of funds, screen accounts against sanctions databases, monitor transactions, block and close accounts where violations are detected, and report suspicions to AUSTRAC. See our AML/CTF, KYC & Source of Funds page.
11. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: providing false information or using false identities; opening or using multiple accounts; use of bots, software or exploitation of errors; money laundering or terrorism financing; collusion, match-fixing or manipulation of events. We may suspend or close your account, freeze your balance, void affected bets and notify the relevant authorities (the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia, AUSTRAC, racing controlling bodies and police).
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Racing and Wagering Western Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, return or win. Past results, form, statistics and any information we display are for general interest only and are not advice or a prediction. Gambling involves risk and you may lose more than you win.
14. Tax
Wagering winnings of recreational punters in Australia are generally not subject to income tax (general information only, not advice). Racing and Wagering Western Australia pays the levies and charges applicable to its operations. You are responsible for any tax that applies to you under the law of your place of residence.
15. Intellectual property
All content on the website is owned by Racing and Wagering Western Australia or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.
16. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
17. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at support@tabtouuch.mobi or via our contact form; we acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied you may escalate to the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia. See our Complaints page.
18. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified on tabtouuch.mobi. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
19. Inactivity, severability & entire agreement
If your account is inactive for 12 months, we may notify you and deal with any remaining balance in accordance with applicable unclaimed-money law. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. These Terms, with our Betting Rules and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Racing and Wagering Western Australia.
