Advertising Code
Our marketing complies with Australian wagering-advertising law and codes, and the National Consumer Protection Framework.
Effective date: 23 June 2026 · Version 1.0 · Operated by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603), Wagering Licence No. WA-BMK-2024-56301377.
Codes we follow
We comply with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and the broadcasting and online advertising rules made under it (including statutory restrictions on gambling advertising during sports broadcasts); the AANA Wagering Advertising & Marketing Communication Code; the AANA Code of Ethics; Western Australian wagering-advertising regulation; and the National Consumer Protection Framework. Complaints about advertising can be made to Ad Standards.
Our standards
We do not target minors, use cartoon or child-appealing imagery, imply gambling leads to financial or social success, present it as a way to recover losses, or use language that encourages impulsive betting. We do not use sporting celebrities, influencers or role models to promote wagering. All advertising carries an approved consumer-protection message and the 18+ mark.
No inducements
Consistent with Western Australian law and the NCPF, we do not advertise or offer sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, deposit matches, refer-a-friend rewards or other inducements to open an account or to keep betting.
Opt-in marketing & opting out
Direct marketing is sent only with your consent (opt-in), consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Consent boxes are unticked by default. You can opt out at any time from your account or via the unsubscribe link in any message. Registering with BetStop removes you from all provider marketing.
