Responsible Gambling
TABtouch is committed to a safer gambling environment. As a Government statutory authority, Racing and Wagering Western Australia takes its responsibility to keep wagering safe seriously. Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or recover losses.
Effective date: 23 June 2026 · Version 1.0 · Operated by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603), Wagering Licence No. WA-BMK-2024-56301377.
Our commitment
We are committed to preventing gambling harm, protecting minors and young adults, providing free self-control tools, monitoring play, and intervening where we see signs of harm. Our staff are trained in the responsible service of wagering.
Mandatory messages
These approved consumer-protection messages rotate across our service, one at a time:
- Chances are you're about to lose.
- Think. Is this a bet you really want to place?
- What's gambling really costing you?
- What are you prepared to lose today? Set a deposit limit.
- Imagine what you could be buying instead.
- What are you really gambling with?

18+ only
All services are for persons aged 18 and over. We verify your age and identity before your first bet. It is an offence to bet on behalf of, or to enable, a minor.
Know the facts
The odds are always in the operator's favour over time. Only ever gamble with money you can afford to lose, set a limit before you start, and never chase your losses.
Warning signs of gambling harm
Gambling stops being entertainment when it starts costing you more than money. Consider seeking help if you:
- Gamble with money you cannot afford to lose
- Spend more time or money gambling than planned
- Chase losses — try to win back money through new bets
- Hide or lie about your gambling to family and friends
- Feel anxious or irritable when not betting
- Borrow money to gamble or to pay gambling debts
- Cannot stop despite trying
- Miss work, study or family time because of gambling
- Use gambling to escape problems or negative feelings

Tools to stay in control
From your account you can set deposit limits, take a deposit break, set reality reminders, or self-exclude. Deposit-limit decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a waiting period.
Deposit limits
You must set a deposit limit when you open your account — it is a mandatory step. You can lower it at any time with immediate effect; increases are delayed by a cooling-off period so a heated moment cannot raise your exposure.
Take a break (cool-off)
You can suspend your account for a fixed period (for example 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 6 months) from your account settings. During a break you cannot bet or deposit; your account stays open for withdrawals and to settle open bets.
Activity statements & reality checks
We provide a monthly account activity statement showing your total deposits, total bets, winnings and net position, so you can see what gambling is really costing you. You can also set reality reminders during a session.
Pre-commitment
We do not offer sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, deposit matches or any inducements. Setting your limits in advance — pre-commitment — is the most effective way to stay in control.
Self-exclusion
If you need to stop, you can self-exclude with us for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or indefinitely. We will close your account to new bets and deposits and remove you from marketing for the chosen period.
BetStop — national self-exclusion
BetStop is the free Australian Government register. Once registered you cannot open or use an account with any licensed Australian online or phone wagering provider, for a minimum of three months up to a lifetime. Visit betstop.gov.au.
Protecting minors in your home
Keep your login details private and log out after use. Parental-control software can block gambling sites: Windows Family Safety, Apple Screen Time, Android Family Link, and network-level filtering (e.g. OpenDNS).
