Western Australia’s wagering operator

TABtouch is operated by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (ABN 21 347 055 603), the holder of Wagering Licence No. WA-BMK-2024-56301377. We offer totalisator (pari-mutuel) and fixed-odds wagering on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing, and pre-match fixed-odds wagering on sport, to verified customers aged 18 and over who are located in Australia.

Who we are

Racing and Wagering Western Australia is a Government statutory authority established under the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003 (WA). It is not a company registered with ASIC and therefore does not hold an ACN. RWWA is responsible for the control, supervision and promotion of thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing in Western Australia, and operates the State’s wagering activities from its principal office at 114 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017.

Licensed and accountable

We are regulated by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia under the Betting Control Act 1954 (WA) and the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA). We operate within the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) — offering racing and pre-match sport only, with no online casino, poker, slots or in-play sports betting — and we are a designated service provider under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth), reporting to AUSTRAC.
